1. Return Eligibility Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • Free from damage caused by the customer
  • Returned in original packaging whenever possible
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Bag Bazar reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to a partial refund where permitted by law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items missing original components, tags, or packaging when those components affect resale value

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

For verified shipping errors, damaged items, or incorrect products:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Bag Bazar
  • A replacement, exchange, or full refund may be offered at our discretion

5. Standard Returns

For returns requested due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental purchase

the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Bag Bazar does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping using a carrier of their choice.

Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or a damaged item received.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Bag Bazar is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

6. Restocking Fees

Bag Bazar does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

7. Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact our support team and obtain return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

8. Refund Process

After your return is received:

  1. The item will be inspected.
  2. We will notify you of approval or rejection.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Inspection Time

  • Typically completed within 3–5 business days after receipt.

Refund Processing Time

  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items returned with missing parts or accessories
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged for reasons not caused by Bag Bazar
  • Returns that do not fully meet eligibility requirements

10. Sale and Discounted Items

Regular-priced items may be returned according to this policy.

Items marked as:

  • Sale
  • Clearance
  • Final Sale

are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

11. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

If you require an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the product.

12. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described in this policy.

13. Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused upon delivery
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

any return shipping fees, carrier charges, or reshipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
