Thank you for shopping with Bag Bazar. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. We are committed to providing clear, accurate, and reliable shipping information to all customers.

1. Shipping Destinations

Bag Bazar currently ships to customers throughout the United States, including all 50 states and eligible U.S. territories.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing begins after successful payment authorization and order verification.

During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on a business day will begin processing the same day whenever possible.

Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

4. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Total estimated delivery time:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States.

No minimum purchase amount is required.

Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

6. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using one of our trusted delivery partners, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • USPS
  • Other regional carriers when appropriate

The carrier used for a shipment is determined based on destination, package size, and operational requirements.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Shipment tracking link

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers can monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Security inspections
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Bag Bazar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we will assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Please verify:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment or suite number
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Contact information

Bag Bazar is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

10. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Delivery refusal
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

may be subject to additional shipping charges or restocking fees where permitted by law.

11. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Provide photographs of the package and item(s), if applicable.

We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reshipment, or refund where applicable.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and any return request will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Delivery Confirmation

A shipment is considered successfully delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.

For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

14. Shipping Restrictions

Bag Bazar reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments where required by law, carrier restrictions, fraud prevention measures, or operational limitations.
